Most visitors leave without converting, and most retargeting chases them with the same product photo forty times until they hate the brand. A retargeting system is different: audiences segmented by what they actually did, messages sequenced by what they still need to believe, frequency capped like a guest who respects the host, and incrementality tested so the budget buys change instead of credit.
System versus stalking
The stalker shows one ad to everyone forever. The system knows a pricing-page visitor needs proof, a cart abandoner needs friction removed, a past customer needs a reason to return, and a bounced blog reader needs value before any ask. Same pixel data, entirely different economics.
What we handle
- Audience architecture: behavioral segments across site, product, cart, content and customer-list layers, with exclusions that stop waste
- Cross-channel deployment: Meta, Google Display, YouTube, and programmatic where reach justifies it, coordinated under one frequency reality
- Creative sequencing: proof, objection-handling and offer messages ordered by funnel stage, refreshed before fatigue
- Frequency and recency governance: caps, burn-out rules and suppression of converters within hours, not weeks
- Signal plumbing: CAPI, enhanced conversions and clean events, because retargeting quality is audience quality
- Incrementality testing: holdouts that measure what retargeting truly adds beyond claiming inevitable conversions
Our approach
We build the audience map first, assign each segment a message job, and let the holdout data set the budget. Retargeting earns its famous efficiency honestly only when incrementality is proven; ours is, on a schedule.
Retargeting ROAS always looks amazing. Is it real?
Partly: it also harvests conversions that would have happened anyway. Holdout tests separate harvest from lift, and budgets follow the lift. Most accounts discover the true number is good, just smaller and differently distributed than the dashboard claimed.
How do we avoid annoying people?
Caps, sequencing and suppression: nobody sees the same message endlessly, converters exit instantly, and long-lapsed audiences get retired. Respect is also an efficiency strategy; fatigued impressions are wasted money.
